As a result of the evaluation made by the International EQUAL-SALARY Foundation based in Switzerland, Yıldız Holding received the EQUAL-SALARY Certificate, which is given to institutions that certify male and female employees are paid equally and have access to equal opportunities

Yıldız Holding successfully completed the two-stage evaluation process carried out by the International EQUAL-SALARY Foundation and PwC in order to officially certify the wage equality between male and female employees and achieved a significant success to receive the EQUAL-SALARY Certificate.
