She serves as Blockchain Project Coordinator at Klaspad Plc Since 2018. She has received BS degree from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering Department in 1997, Turkey, MBA degree from the University of Exeter in England in 1999 and Ph.D. degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Maltepe University, Turkey in 2022. She achieved the top-ranking student award in the Mathematics Competition organized by TÜBİTAK in 1989. She has worked in different companies for 20 years in research specialist, consultant and Research and Development manager positions in the areas of research, system analysis, business process reengineering and supply chain management. She is skilled in strategic planning, risk analysis, project management, team leadership, training and organizational development. In 1999, she worked as an analyst at Reel Securities. From 2000-2006, she worked as a Business Development, Customer Relations Manager and Consultant at Koc System Information and Communication Services. She worked as Managing Partner at Etilar Holdings Canada from 2006-2009. She worked at MNG Cargo from 2009-2018. She established the Research and Development department by taking the role of the company's Quality Management Representative to obtain the ISO-9001 certificate. She carried out the establishment and application processes of MNG Kargo’s R&D Center to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology and served as the R&D Center Manager. Her main research areas are e-commerce, digital transformation, blockchain applications, agri-food and cargo and logistics sectors. She holds the Professional Scrum Master I certificate. She has numerous publications and international articles.
