Yakup Çağlar, completed his undergraduate education at Çankaya University, Department of Business Administration with honors. Continuing his education life in the TOBB University Of Economics And Technology, Business Administration graduate program. Çağlar graduated from the MBA program with a high honor degree, presenting his thesis titled “The effect of the service provider's advice-giving behavior on co-creation in the supermarket (Service) sector”.

Çağlar, worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the "Business Administration" and "International Entrepreneurship" Departments while continuing her master's degree at TOBB ETU. He continued his career at Benefits Danışmanlık as a "Human Resources Assistant" and served many companies in the fields of Human Resources and Social Security Consultancy.

Yakup Çağlar, continues his career as a "Senior Corporate Development Consultant" at ODS Consulting Group as of April 2020. It provides consultancy services to Turkey's leading Holdings and Small and and Medium Enterprises in the fields of Turquality and Management Consultancy that companies need.
